Like our two eldest cats, she adopted us rather than the other way around.
My family went to visit an animal sanctuary with the intention of donating cat food that our cats refused to eat. She followed us everywhere the whole time we were there and as we'd been considering getting a dog for a while, we couldn't say no to her. Now almost three years on, she has found a new best friend in our kitten Juno.
